Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping costs will be added during the final steps of your checkout process.

All shipping costs are calculated by weight and size of individual item, using current Australia Post charges. Shipping quotes will be visible before final purchase.

All books are packaged for protection against bumping and bending.

All books will be shipped within 2 business days from our premises in Outer Adelaide, South Australia. 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, and related fees.  If the item is returned to us or unclaimed, customers are deemed responsible and will be charged for the shipping and related costs.

 

International shipping costs cannot be discounted (other than combined shipping discounts).  Quotes given based on your location are actual costs allocated by Australia Post.

 

Refunds

Please view all photographs and read complete description. 

 

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or misreading (on the part of the customer) of product description.  In specific cases a refund of item only may be issued.  All postage costs will remain with customer.

Full refunds will be issued if item damaged, lost or out of stock at time of purchase.

We will endeavour to work with the customer and Australia Post, in the event of missing parcels, for refunds to customers.
