Very Good Condition, a little edge and shelf wear with age toning, small chips rubbing and bumping to envelope, small initials in red on paste-down strip of envelop, record unscratched and in original paper slip, small initials in red on one corner of record slip, map in very good condition, no tears with small initials in red on front fold (see photographs)
