This address was given in Sydney, November 1946.  An edition of 5,000 copies was published at eh time.  Some of the introductory facts and figures are not obsolete, but they may serve to show something of the greatness of the change that has transpired in the post-war period.
The observations about tracking and the illustrations used are not affected by the passing of time.  We trust that this pamphlet will retain its freshness and pray that the blessing of the Lord will rest on this edition with increased, rather than diminished power in His Royal service”.
